Contender Gundogs was founded by professional gundog trainer Natasha Bujnoch - previously a full-time Game Keeper. The kennels are based on a Suffolk Country Estate but have also access to further training ground and shoots in other counties.
Contender Gundogs is actively encouraging and promoting healthy shooting dogs and is part of The Kennel Club's Assured Breeder Scheme - please see 'Breeding' and 'Litters' for more info.
Contender Gundogs is first and foremost a shooting dog kennel rather than a trialling kennel.

It is with great sadness that I have to report that Guinness (Tirkeeran Carron of Contender) passed away on Friday 18th of February. She was the backbone of this kennel and will be soley missed. My only comfort is that she will live on through her 2 sons and daughter here in the kennel. Treassure your dogs every single day for one day they will be gone......
